Shipping policy

We respect your trust in us to deliver the highest service possible. There's nothing worse than being misled as a customer. That's why we won't promise immediate shipping but we do commit to treating your order with respect, care, and promptness.

All of our items have handmade components, therefore, we ship within 5-7 business days after your order is received. Unless otherwise noted on product listing for special items such as custom requests. If any issues arise we will promptly communicate with you and keep you in the loop. You are the most important person to us!

Shipping Routine:
We ship twice a week every Wednesday and Saturday

International orders may take a little longer to arrive due to customs, and there may also be additional charges to the customer, such as Import duties, taxes and charges that are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are at the buyer's expense.

Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be Prior to buying.
